Welcome to Vyan Villa, a private farm-view retreat designed for peace, comfort, and refined gatherings. We request all guests to kindly respect the property and its surroundings.

Valid government ID is mandatory
Consumption of alcohol is allowed only with a valid license, as per local laws.
Bonfire is Chargeable (500Rs)
Any form of misbehaviour or disturbance will not be tolerated.
Vyan Villa reserves the right to deny entry or request guests to vacate the property without refund in such cases.
We follow a strict No Weapons, No Narcotics, No Illegal Activities policy.
Please treat the villa and its belongings with care. Any damage or loss will be chargeable.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Check-in: 12:00 Noon | Check-out: 10:00 AM
Late check-out may attract additional charges.
Guests are requested to secure their valuables. The management will not be responsible for any loss.
💳 Payment Terms
Security advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
Remaining 100% payable at check-in.
Terrace Access is Strictly Not Allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that bookings at Vyan Villa are confirmed on a non-refundable basis. We request guests to plan accordingly.
